PREAMBLE
- 1.º These general conditions of sale are agreed between a Savvy Algorithm Unipessoal LDA, number of fiscal identification 518684482 and contact +351308801952 , hereinafter designated by “Company” and as persons desired. Effective purchases through the website www.savvalgorthm.com subsequently designed by “Utilizer”.
- 2.º The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.savvalgorthm.com will be governed exclusively by this contract with the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECTIVE
- 1. The present General Conditions of Sale are intended to provide and define all necessary information to the User regarding the modalities of ordering, selling, payment and provision of service or delivery of purchases made on the Website: www.savvalgorthm.com.
- 2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place an order and guarantee the monitoring of this order/performance of service between the contracting parties.
ARTICLE 2 – COMMENT
- 1. The User specifies his order through the completion of the purchase process presented on the website www.savvalgorthm.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) he wishes to order to the purchase order
- 2. To send your order the User must:

- 5. These constants on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. An invoice after being issued cannot be re-issued with changes.
- 6. Order orders have a validity of and offers beyond this period. If the same payment is not received by our services within the said period, the order will not be validated. Any value received after this data will be returned or used in a new order.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENTS
1. On website www.savvalgorthm.com, a Company offers the User the following payment modalities via Easypay – Institution of Payment Lda:
- a) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard);
- b) Multibanco reference;
- c) Transfer;

2. In case of payment with credit card, the debit will be effected to the user’s card immediately after confirmation of dispatch of merchandise. If some of the ordered products are found to be sold out, the value of the same will be credited to the User’s card after completing the order.
ARTICLE 4 – ENTRAGE/AVAILABILITY AND CONSUME
- 1. The delivery of orders is carried out up to 30 useful days after the order. A delivery is Performed by the company Savvy Algorithm Unipessoal LDA.
- 2. Upon ordering, shipping port costs may be increased.
- 3. Service availability will be made after confirmation of payment.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
- 1. These prices should be understood in Euros, with taxes and taxes included, taking into account the IVA in force at the time of payment of the order.
- 2. If an increase in the prices of any product/service is verified, the User will be informed immediately, and can choose to receive his order (resulting in the payment of the difference) or to proceed with its cancellation.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND DEVELOPMENT

- 4. The returned products must be found in as-sold condition, that is, not in the same condition as when they reached the hands of the User, without any anomalies or damages.
- 5. The value resulting from the exchange of products for an order inferior or superior to the initial value of the same, as conditions of sale, will be indicated by the COMPANY.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY
The treatment of your data is carried out in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data. Likewise, subjects of computer processing will be constituted on the basis(s) of the data of the employer and intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, and made available by them.
Your supply is optional and is guaranteed, in our terms of the law, by the right of access, rectification and cancellation of any data that you provide to it, whether in person or by writing, directly to the address constant on the home page of this website.
